Our local’s jurisdiction requires a wide variety of types of ironwork, including infrastructure, petrochemical industry and food production facilities.

We’re very busy into mid-2016 (we have many travellers working with us), and we expect to be that way for some time to come.  And we’ll be in even greater need if our employers are successful in their bid for a $2.5 Billion nuclear power station.

Please apply now so we know how to contact you when our employers need even more people with your kind of skills and experience.

Our members are well-paid, and we enjoy good health & welfare and defined benefit pension plans, both of which are employer-paid.

Because of the size of our jurisdiction (includes various portions of Wyoming, Nevada, Idaho and Montana), apprentices are involved in a distance-learning program. Homework is done during the week and mailed to instructors. Apprentices meet twice a month on weekends for hands-on training.

We are paid well. We and our families enjoy the protection of good health & welfare and defined pension plans, which are employer-paid. We always work safe!

We welcome applications from men and women ironworkers and apprentices who are not currently working for a union employer.

Come work with the best!
